Each Bespoke commission is available by appointment only, either at our atelier in Rome or through our International VIP Bespoke Experience, created for clients who wish to enjoy the complete Bespoke journey in their own country.
The Beginning of Your Journey
Every Bespoke journey begins with a conversation.
Before we speak about shoes, we take the time to know the person who will wear them.
We discuss your lifestyle, your profession, your personal style and the occasions for which your shoes will be worn.
Whether they are intended for business, formal occasions, everyday elegance or a special event, every detail begins with understanding your needs.
From this conversation, your shoe begins to take shape.
Together we define the model, the proportions, the toe shape, the construction, the sole and every element that will make your shoes truly unique.
You will then discover our carefully selected collection of premium leathers, colours and finishes, creating a shoe designed exclusively for you.
Taking Your Measurements
Once the design has been defined, we begin taking your measurements.
Every foot is unique.
For this reason, we carefully study every characteristic, including length, width, instep, ball, proportions, volume, posture and natural movement.
Every measurement is taken with absolute precision, forming the foundation upon which your Bespoke shoes will be created.
Your Personal Last
One of the defining elements of true Bespoke is the creation of your personal last.
Unlike standard footwear, every Bespoke pair is built on a last developed exclusively for your feet, based on your measurements and refined throughout every stage of the Bespoke process.
Your personal last is carefully preserved in our archive, allowing every future commission to maintain the same exceptional fit while continuing to refine every detail over time.
It becomes the foundation of your personal Bespoke journey with Arellano.
The Fitting
Before your final shoes are created, we prepare a fitting pair.
This is one of the most important stages of the entire Bespoke journey.
During the fitting we carefully evaluate every aspect of the shoe directly on your feet, including comfort, proportions, balance, silhouette and fit.
Every necessary adjustment is marked and refined until every detail reaches perfection.
Each Bespoke commission includes one or two fitting sessions, depending on the complexity of the project.
Only after the fitting has been fully approved do we begin crafting your final pair.
The Final Creation
Once the fitting has been approved, the creation of your final shoes begins.
Every component is entirely handcrafted following the traditions of Italian shoemaking.
Every stitch, every finish and every detail is executed with exceptional care, precision and respect for the craft.
The result is more than a pair of shoes.

A Shoe Created International VIP Bespoke Experience Exclusively for You
For clients who wish to enjoy the Bespoke experience in their own country, we have created the International VIP Bespoke Experience.
Upon request, we arrange private appointments worldwide, welcoming our clients in carefully selected hotels, private suites or exclusive reception rooms, transformed into an elegant and private environment dedicated entirely to one client.
Within this setting, we recreate the same experience offered at our atelier in Rome.
From the initial consultation and leather selection to taking measurements and conducting the fitting appointments, every stage is personally carried out by the Master Shoemaker.
Each appointment is dedicated exclusively to one client, with no interruptions and no rush, allowing the time, attention and craftsmanship that a true Bespoke experience deserves.
It is not simply the creation of a custom-made pair of shoes.
It is a private and international experience, created to bring the art of Arellano Bespoke directly to the client’s country, in an exclusive setting designed entirely around them.
